Mounting the radiator

just working on my t today, and trying to figure how to mount the radiator. i have looked through loads of photos but can not see how to fix it to the chasis.
could somone please post some picture of how they have mounted there s it would be a great help. The rad i have is an alloy one made by Rand with two bracketts and four taps on the side of the rad 2 each side.

Here is how I mounted my shell. Two little brackets, most likely won't match yours but gives you the idea.

keeper do you put a frame to mount the radiator too? only it would move back with the wind resistance?

My bucket has a two inch wide steel strap under the radiator with two holes in it, about an inch wide. My radiator has two bolts that come out of the bottom of it, and theres a pair of rubber biscuit mounts that goes between the radiator and the strap. The mounts sit into the holes so the whole radiator is rubber mounted.

The radiator is bolted to the radiator surround, and i have two stays that go from the surround back to the main chassis rails. The stays are about 5 inches long, are mounted at about 45 degrees and are painted chassis colour so you really dont notice them at all

Here is my solution to make the radiator very stable without using support rods back to the firewall. I made an angle iron framework to fit snugly behind the radiator and tie into the front cross member, or the frame rail if you do not have a cross member like I have. I then added an "X" cross brace to the framework. The same set up was used on another local T that had a VERY wobbly radiator as he went down the road. After it was installed it was steady as a rock. I have posted a couple of pictures to help explain what I did.

I have a Walker radiator in my car and it has a flimsy little tab welded on the side. It would wobble back and forth a bit but the biggest problem was that the weight was bending the bracket. I welded some 1" sq tubing on the bracket so it couldn't bend then welded a full tab to the frame that it could sit in. With the two studs in keeps it sturdier plus you can't see anything from the top.

Here is before.

And here is after.
