New driveshaft

I received my new driveshaft today. I just thought I'd share a picture of it. I also was wondering if any of you felt the same as me about u joints. I'm going to be using non grease able u joints because I don't like the idea of journals being drilled through the metal. I just done feel that makes for a strong joint at all. Was looking for some feedback as to how you all feel and what you use.

If you get a genuine Spicer joint you will be fine. Now the grease fitting needs to be installed so that the fitting hole is being compressed, not being pulled open.

The question is this, was it cold when I took my measurement or had you been playing with yours before your measurement? LOL

My wife noticed jimbos has a bigger diam. than than gerry's, probably has more horsepower!

I think mine was about 8"" cl to cl. My 400 turbo yoke was longer than the shaft!
