Escape the northern winter and come down to the New Zealand Street Rod Nationals to be held over the 6th to 9th November 09. Location is Rotorua, a thermal area in the middle of the north island, about 2 hours easy drive from port of entry, Auckland. Climate wise, this is our early summer, daytimes 20 - 24degC nights 10degC and usually rain free save the odd shower. Cruisin' weather indeed.
Temporary road licences, registrations etc. no problem to visiting cars.
A bit of careful packing would get a good few buckets (6 at least) in a 25' container, so the shared freight costs will be bearable.
Of course while your'e here there's heaps more other things to do too.......
