Just been through a health problem with my chest - dont remeber 4 days in bed. Wife said she had never seen me so ill in 50 years.
Came thought it by resting and allowing her to bully me into doing what she said. I even drank a meal substitute called complan under threat, but glad I did.
Take it easy and be careful that you dont try and do things before you are ready.
Us old birds are tougher than we think.

Get well soon bud! I recommend listening to some hot rods and any video of front engine dragsters switching from alcohol to nitro. It always warms my soul when I hear that change over.
