I'm using youngster plans I cut my tubing at 60 degrees for the rear kick up and went 7 inches like the plans stated doesn't seem like much any pictures of cars that have used youngsters plan
Cut your tubing just as his print shows. The only thing that kickup is for is to anchor the rear suspension and the bed or turtle deck to....If you need more height for like coilovers, just mount your top coilover brackets to the inside of rear section, toward the top. Remember to mock everything up before welding all the brackets solid. Make sketches and double check everything. Measure twice and cut once.... Great seeing all these new members here!
