I am using the speedway locost steel. i pollish them and a clear coat and off we go. I wouldnt consider any aluminum rod ends

Aluminum rod ends are for carb linkage and not much more unless you're building a 5 hp go-kart.

I am using the QA1 XMR series. Chrome moly with the Self Lubricating and Self Sealing Teflon and Kevlar Race. Expensive, but I do not want to mess with the safety of the suspension.

Ditto on the QA-1 XMR series. Gives you peace of mind as you're going 65 mph down the road. Also using the Speedway $30 ones.

I am installing the speedway steel rod ends on my tbucket I have the tapered cones and seals,and need to know the proper method and lubrication for these.

Also i recomend the safety washers on the outside so if you suffer a failure you wont need an ambulance ride.

I used these safety washers from Ballistic Fabrication- they also double as a slight "misalignment" clearance- no lube:
