Last July when I discovered a small crack in my block I knew I'd be building another engine for my bucket over the winter. For me the fun part is ordering all the catalogs and checking them for the latest and greatest parts. Today 1 year later and 5 months after I had finished and installed my 383 small block I received this in the mail, Edelbrock's / Russell 2007-08 catalog.

Looks like snail mail finnally got there!!!! About a year LATER!!!!

At least you got all of it...I once got the just the cover of one of my Hot Rod monthly rags in the mail in an envelope and a note from the post office saying they're sorry but there was some damage in processing. Some damage??? What good is just the cover of a magazine?

Maybe it was all Vic could afford to do, what with all his recent financial woes?

My ex worked in a book store at one time. At the end of each month, when it was time to pull last month's magazines, they would tear the covers off and return them for credit as being unsold. I used to have a couple large boxes of magazines each month, not one of them with a cover. :jawdrop:
