Rust

Anything I can put on the frame other then primer to protect against rust. An oil or something.
I'm mocking things up right now. It looks like things are going to take longer then I'd like. (money)
The frame keeps getting rust on it. I keep wire brushing it off.
I really don't want to primer it since I'm going to have it powder coated when its ready.

Go to your friendly NAPN store and buy a few cans of self etching primer. I got stuff in the shop I coated with it 3 or 4 years ago and no sign of rust. As Bruce mentioned, you will want to have the frame blasted before powder anyway.

Agreed on the light coat of primer. As mentioned above the frame will need to be media blasted prior to powdercoating. Any spray can paint will blast off like it was never there. At our powdercoating shop (and all good custom coaters), nothing gets coated without blasting first, unless it is a specialty clear meant to go over polished aluminum or chrome.
