Screaming metal

Likely on a vacation on some tropical island, sipping cocktails with wee umbrellas in them.

Here's a hint - if you tag a user like @Screaming Metal , they will get an alert notification they have been tagged.

EDIT - I guessed wrong. I just looked and while it has been nearly a month since he last posted, the change logs show he changed his forum password a little over a week ago. So he's been around. So much for the tropical island drinks, I suppose.

Screaming Metal is a most mysterious person. He has been here as long as I have and so far I have been able to discern that he and his shop are some where in Oklahoma (out in the sticks), he likes dogs, has some sort of a T with motors that are changed with regularity (I think), works for the government (at something he cant talk about), crew chiefs a fuel altered (or ten) in the local circuit, has a big assed shop, and likes mexican food.

BUT, ever once in a while, he will drop that folksy, by gosh by golly Oklahoma twang and (I swear I can feel and see a perceptible change in his verbal delivery) he will get into a technical dissertation that leaves you wondering who this person really is.
As for where he is - could be down on the ranch or maybe Afghanistan. Could be busting his ass, or lounging around in Mexico (maybe some beach) OR he is dead and his 26 year old wife is running the whole operation. Whatever that operation is.

He is a man of mystery.

Hi Guys, I'm Back, I gotta mouth full of new teeth....(ouch)....
I'm Origionally from Alabamy....I have a Thick Alabama Accent....some folks say I sound like I'm from Ga.
Yes, Took a Vacation, since I was gonna be feeling bad from all the mouth work. I got those suckers that snap in place....so polident can bite my butt!
I'm still roaming around the places here there and yonder....yes....needed a vacation.
Since I'm due to retire shortly (they keep waving money in my face though), I'm in Canada setting up a shop for those Poeple I work with....and training some folks to replace me, so there won't be a Vacuum when I leave.
Its a bitch living off malts, milkshakes and soft food....
BUT TOMORROW I GET TO DIVE INTO A NICE BIG STEAK! hahaha....

I'll go from working my ass off to kinda laid back and enjoy things.... but still working. I'll be telling folks what to do....etc.
But, I'll still be doing the pro work outta my shop on the side for the folks that still want it....
Yep, my poor ole T has had about 4 mills in her and Less the 2000 miles....truck backed over the frontend so I had to redo it....
I get one all done up and someone comes into the shop, they hear it, then they buy it.
But, After I sell this BBF thats in it gone (guy is supposed to come by in2 weeks to pick it up)....I'm gonna do a BigBlockMopar (440 out of a old SuperBird thats been repowered), its gonna be low buck, and I have several new Holsets in the boxes, some ss flanges and a Butt load full of ss tubing, so, we'll see what I can't cobble up. Now THAT ONE will be in there a while....I wanna drive it and put some miles on it.

Now, back to some more fun....

Hey Screaming Metal, glad you are back in circulation. Sounds like your t bucket makes a good test stand, lol. Or better yet, an engine marketing venture. Perhaps you could write it off on your taxes as advertisement? Lol. Hope your mouth heals up well and soon, that's no fun to deal with. Maybe that's what I need to do to help shed a few pounds. I'm not fat, but those extra 20 pounds are hard to shed. The cold weather makes it hard to get out too. That 440 sounds like a very worth while specimen. Those things didn't need much help anyways. They are brutal, seemingly no top end, they just keep climbing. I liked their little brother too, the 383. Enjoy your vacation!
