Speedway chasis?

The Speedway catalog shows two different 'T' chasis lengths available; does anyone have any visuals (pics, drawings, etc) that would help me see the difference. I havn't decided what company to choose...this may help.

the longer chassis is for the '27 body.

I think the length difference you are seeing is because the longer one is for the 26-27T and the shorter for the T-bucket.

My T was a Speedway and it was okay but I think if I were to buy another I would go with Spirit or another company that uses thicker wall tubing. Speedway used 1-1/2" x 3" 1/8" on mine where Spirit's are 2" x 3" 3/16". The 1/8" is strong enough for most applications but with the thin wall there is very little for threads to bite to when you drill and tap for headlight and shock mounts, etc. The 3/16" wall will give a little extra material to tap. 3/16" will also give a lot more strength too. I'm building my own chassis and I'll be using 3/16".
