The shifter for my TH 350 transmission is the inexpensive Mr. Gasket unit from Auto Zone. I installed a neutral start switch, but the down side is there is no reverse lockout. I have to be real careful when driving not to accidently bump the shifter into reverse.

Spanky...enjoy spending time with your grandkids while they are young. My granddaughter and grandson loved to go riding in Grandpa's hot rod when they were that age. Now, one is 18 and the other is 20, with their own lives and friends and don't have time to go riding in Grandpa's old car. I tried, but neither one are into cars -- other than something to take then from place to place.
