Started today to make the templates for the tank perch, which ORF is going to turn in to cad drawings for the plasma cutter. (If his work load allows him the time).
May give you an idea of what I have in mind.

What name of plasma cutting system does he have? I wish shipping was not so expensive. We could take that template and have a part in about 15 minutes with our system.

It took longer to print it, scan it, and copy, in to photobucket than it did to draw in cad. Now there are 59 inches of cut and at 110 inches per minute in would only take a few seconds to cut that part.
