Trying to add to tech forum

When you get into the tech forum it says I can't add article. How does this info get added I think this is the most important part of bucket building.

I believe it has to be "promoted" by Mike, or perhaps a moderator can do it also. You'd have to post it to one of the other forums first as I understand it.......... but I could be wrong

I've closed the Tech Articles forums to new posts, so people would be encouraged to post articles to the Tech Library, instead.

If hyou are unfamiliar with how to submit articles to the Tech Library, let me know and I will unlock a forum for you to use. But here's the caveat - I do NOT want anyone to reply to the article whilst in the forums, because once the forum post is promoted to a Library article, the reply stays on the forums.

I may be able to work some masking magic and set up a forum for Library submissions only. Scribbling that on my list of things to do.

OK, that was easy enough.

If you are logged into the forum, your will see a new forum in the Technical Articles category, called Tech Library Submissions.

You can submit new Tech Library articles there and only yo and the forum staff will be able to see what you've submitted. That way, a dozen people will not be able to post replies to the topic, before I can get it promoted into the Tech Library.
