It's on the side of my Tbucket, I've seen 3 in area that have it on them.

I've seen a several T-buckets with Tweedy Bird as well as Yosemite Sam and other Warner Brother characters... our little cars are often referred to as a cartoon car so perhaps that is the connection... I actually call mine a rolling cartoon because all the proportions are exaggerated, skinny front tires, steam rollers in the rear, little car - BA engines, etc...
