What is this frame?

I'm looking at building a T Bucket...and I found this frame close to me. It's really cheap but the owner knows nothing about it. Any advice would be very appreciated.

Is it a T Bucket? Any idea who made it? Value?

Looks like a bucket to me.

if it's 23" to 26" wide in the firewall area, it's probably for a T. Don't know what you call cheap but i see around 4 to 500 bucks in parts at least there.

Looks like coilovers and coil springs thats kind of odd.
