Wheel ID?

I'm new at this. I already started a conversation before I realized it would be easier doing it this way.
I picked up a pair of 15 X 10 steel wheels and don't know the manufacturer and I need the center covers.
The numbers stamped in the wheel OD are 4 5 89(which I assume is the date they were made) 1132 JTB.
Does anyone know anything about these wheels?

I have an old set of these that I use for rollers, 15X7 I think. Mine are Cragars and take a chrome cover that is made of plastic. The covers say Cragar on them. My covers have disappeared long ago. My simulated rivets are black plastic and yours look like they may be steel. The dual bolt pattern is for Ford or Chevy. Hope this helps.

Not a clue as to what brand they may be but, sure are good looking wheels.
