This is my friend Joe's current project. A bunch of us have been helping him with it.
1917 model t.
1976 Chevette Motor, trans, and rear end.
Vega steering box.
It started out red and was in a barn durring a tornado.

If you get enough flex in that spring the end would be driven into the brake backing plate ... not good!!

I like the spring hanger design for the rear. I canned the idea of using an original t spring because it was too wide but that design worked great!

I'll take some closer pics of it.

At 25 - 30 mph shouldn't be an issue. We hope...


The e-break setup is cool too. I'll some pic of under the car.
Oh and the bottom radiator hose. LOL. Joe came up with that one. I'll get a pic of it.
