A bit more progress

I finally got my console mounted, and the shifter mounted to the drive shaft tunnel. Now I can start the transmission cover. Those four screws you see at the top of the console won't show later on.


Doesn't look like 2 months worth of work, but I took this pic exactly 2 months ago.

That is really nice. What is that brake handle from ? I have a generic street rod one and I find it flimsy and it does not apply a lot of holding power with rear disks.

It's from a 2013 Subaru Impreza with 100 miles on it from ebay. I like to surf ebay for part I can use in my build. Everything black with chrome highlights.

The plastic console is from a Honda Civic. I had to copy it in glass, but that let me use the OEM cubby/cup holder.

I do enjoy the mold making and glass work the most.

I still plan to have full size doors, a deck lid and seat surrounds.
