My body has a steel dash connecting both sides and conventional windshield posts don't fit. Any idea who made this?

Here are pics of window brackets I would have to tear out dash and gauges to get pic of 6"x1/8"Xdash width piece of steel. Regular window brackets don't fit.

What's behind that corner for backing? What do you have for a windsheild frame now? That looks like a Bird US Speed and Sport body. They extended the cowl like that. It's one of the reasons they weren't very popular with builders in the mid-'60's.
