Brake pedal sticks when engine turns off

Every time I put my T in park, turn the engine off and let off the brake, the pedal doesn't come all the way back up. Its only a little bit, but enough to keep the brake lights on. If i pump the brakes after, it returns back to normal. I do have a power booster and am thinking its something with the booster? I could also just adjust the brake light switch so it takes a little more pedal to turn on but Id rather fix the real problem. Any Ideas?

Sounds like the check valve is not working properly. Check valve should be in the fitting that's at the booster where the vaccum line attaches. Also the booster could be leaking and losing vaccum when you shut the engine off.
