OK, Ya got me....It's from the 1st or 2nd Indy race.

Opps! Dons right, they're steamers. Did some checking. Steamers weren't run in the Labor Day races but they did run at Indy. If you look at the #33, there are two tanks behind the seat. One is for water and the other is for gas for the burners. I beleive Jay Leno is restoring one now. Maybe a mid20's Stanley.
