    Yep, time consuming and monotonous... just think about if you happened to get one off just a bit... it would drive me nuts! OCD... lol!

    Nice work, I seen a YouTube video of some shop students that rigged a Die grinder on a board when they lowered it the Die grinder would activate then lower it some more to make contact ,the made a fire wall panel for there project

    Trust me that will make your eyes cross but at that time you have better shut it down and come back later or you will mess it up. The other thing to do is make some marks on you work piece and ALWAYS have a backer that has marks to go by to keep you straight. I always use a work piece a little bigger than what I am going to have after I am done, then cut out the item you are making..
    I have done many items using my home made set-up...…….It ain't nothing fancy.....
