I'm having sort of a mental creative block and need some help. I want to make three interior panels (sides & rear) and cover them in pleated vinyl. Easy enough. But I'm having difficulty figuring out how to attach them to the inside fiberglass. I want to stand them off at the top to meet the thickness of the body lip. What methods or spacer types have you used?
Also, I'm not 100% sure what I will make them out of. Maybe PVC sheet, flexible plywood, aluminum sheet...not sure.
