model T frame, bout a 26 or 27, hard to tell though. good buy though I'm jealous.
 
I'd pick up one of the bolt in rear lowering kits out there on ebay

Add a dropped front axle and a S10, Ranger, or Toyota pickup 4 cylinder drivetrain, and you have the basis for building your interpretation of something like this
