Yea, that is a Model T frame. They won't handle a lot of HP.

I'd pick up one of the bolt in rear lowering kits out there on ebay

Add a dropped front axle and a S10, Ranger, or Toyota pickup 4 cylinder drivetrain, and you have the basis for building your interpretation of something like this
