I figured I would introduce prior to owning. Have been looking for awhile and possible have the opportunity to buy. I would attempt to assemble, but my garage space is limited.

Been looking at a nice 23 with a small block 302 mild cam. Spirit Setup.

Any pros or cons to having a 302 with a mild cam? Disk brakes on all, Aluminum intake, Holley.
Has about 7,000 miles on it.
I still need to look at it, they are asking $15,000 obo or trade, so
I am possible trading my Dodge Business Coupe.

Reason I am getting is I like my motorcycle, and felt a T would give me that open air ride, but in a car.

Any information would be appreciated, John

302 with a C4 is probably the second most popular combo here (after SBC with TH350). Good combo for a bucket or pretty much any other light car.

Thanks for the welcomes and info so far.
East Side of Cleveland
I went to the Goodguys this year with my 66 F100, would like to do that show in a T-Bucket.
One advantage I have is not being too tall for one, lol.

A couple of changes I would plan right off the bat is, it does not have a top, so I would look into getting a removable one. Any good brands/recommendations?, and this prospect car looks like it has only the short window.

The other change would be getting smoothie rims with white wall tires. Any brands or recommendations?

You said it is a Spirit car, so definitely go with a Spirit top. Any time you have a brand always use the same brand parts, they are all a little different in construction.

Well finally got it...also picked up an all steel roller project in the deal.

Thank for the welcoming. Now just need the weather to get nice, lol.
ChoppedTop, I like the Coupe also, it may go up for sale, I don't know if I have the time and space to build.

Will need to go over the 23 T-Bucket when our weather breaks,
I know it needs the radiator hoses replaced and other minor items.

Thanks again, John

Climb aboard , from Iowa , This is A good site . I like your red ''T''.. Spirit set -up is good..... color red is good ......

Welcome from the opposite of Cleveland. Nice looking Bucket! 302's a real good choice in something as light as a bucket. The chopped phone booth looks like a bunch of possibilties too.
