I am getting ready to start redoing a t-bucket my father built in '79. It does not have power brakes and has drums on back. I think power brakes would be a good idea but im not sure. if so are their any certain kits better than others?

Send for a Speedway Motors catalog. They have everything you would need to convert drums to disc brakes. I purchased my 23T kit from Spirit Industries with a 8.8 ford rearend and ford spindles front. Have disc all four corners. Glad I went disc all the way. Good luck and welcome aboard. A lot of great guys on this site.
