Removing roll on bed liner

I need to make some changes to my body for some new seats.

I used roll on bed liner on the inside of my body. Is there an easy way to remove it? Or just any suggestions of removing it would help.

I was thinking of using a heat gun or an adhesive remover.

I guess you wanna get to the fiberglass to modify the body? I would use some 36 or 40 grit sanding pads to start. Go nice and easy. The radial fan shaped sanding pads are great in 40, 80 and 120 grit. I use them all the time when I mig weld.
