We use it a lot in our fabrication. They make different grades, each one costs more.
Type 9034-----For interior use
Type XL10-----U.V. protected both sides
Type MR10------U.V. protected both sides and mar resistant (scratch)
RPM is right you can bend it in brake but be carefull if it is cold it may crack. We will heat it with a heat gun a little first.
Also you might want to radius the edges a little to prevent it splitting from the sharp ends.
You might also tape up your dies so it doesnt leave marks.

Hey guys, I have a t-bucket with a speedway body . I am trying find the best way to put seat belts in it just to make Johnny Law happy. Does any one have any suggestions?

(Maybe Ron can move this to a new thread.) Re: seatbelts . . . there is an ongoing debate about whether to mount them to the frame, or to the floor. Obviously the frame mounting is more durable, but - and this is the debate - in a low speed crash, esp getting rearended, that belt is gonna do some damage to your innards, whereas the floor mount might give way a little sooner and prevent serious injury. I'm just sayin' . . .

PS - Mine are floor mounted.
