• Web Image formats (gif/jpg/png) of reasonable file size only, in your artwork. NO Flash or Java allowed

• Footer ads are available on every site page for only $40/month

• If all six ad spots are sold, we will hold your name on a waiting list

Premium Ad Packages

• All premium ad packages include vendor access (outlined below)

• A total of four 200 X 90 pixel ads are served in the header of every page on the site

• Web image formats (gif/jpg/png) of reasonable file size only, in your artwork . NO Flash or Java allowed

• Premium ads are available on every site page for only $60/month

• If all four ad spots are sold, we will hold your name on a waiting list

Sponsor Forum Packages

• Sponsor forum packages include vendor access (outlined below)

• This package is designed for those companies preferring not to place ad images on the site

• Sponsor forums are available for only $60/month

Vendor Access

• Your company will have a dedicated sponsor forum on this site, giving just you a place to promote your products and services

• Vendor access also allows you to post in our general forums as a vendor, promoting products and services

• You will also have access to a private Sponsors forum

• Vendor access is included with all ad campaigns, for the same duration as the campaign

The Fine Print

• Prices are in effect from 1 January 2010 until further notice

• Ad campaign pricing will be reviewed every November and changes will be posted in the first week of December to allow you time to plan your campaign strategies

• All campaign payments are due on the 1st of the month

• Payments not made by the 10th of the month will result in the immediate removal of all ad images, the sponsor forum and vendor access. NO exceptions! If there is a waiting list for the campaign, the campaign will be sold to the next company in the queue.

• Payments must be made by PayPal. We currently do not accept any other method of payment.

• All ad images must be "work safe". We will NOT allow banners of bikini-clad 'models'.

• We reserve the right to terminate any campaign early for any reason. A pro-rated refund will be given if this happens

• Sponsors MUST maintain a good reputation on the forums. If the membership starts complaining about a sponsor being a 'scam', the sponsor's campaign will come to an end.

• Any links to landing pages containing spyware, malware, or anything else of this nature will result in immediate termination of the campaign.

If you're ready to place your ad, Contact Us and we will supply you with an address where you can send your ad artwork. We will place your image on the site for a maximum of 24 hours, awaiting your approval. Upon receipt of your approval, we will send you an invoice for your ad. Upon confirmation of payment, we will add your company's link to the ad image, we will open your company's dedicated forum and we will grant vendor access to your forum account.
