A friend was building this car when he unexpectedly passed away. His close friend is helping to sell the car, his contact info is provided below. The car is nearly complete. It needs the custom aluminum gas tank installed and plumbed. There is some minor brake work needed and the wiring harness installed. Plus, probably some other sorting once on the road.
Some particulars are:
Body: 1929 Model A cowl and doors. Custom fiberglass body rear section clad in ash wood. Top is handmade fiberglass too. It needs painting or fabric covering to complete. I believe there are side curtains of plexi too.
Frame: Custom made with Posie's quarter elliptic front springs, dropped axle, GM discs, Chevy rear. Coker wide whites.
Drivetrain: Chevy "Iron Duke" 191 cu in 4 cyl w/ 2 Carter Weber 2bl carbs on custom intake, custom exhaust manifold for dual exhausts. S10 4spd.
Interior: Wood dash w/ S/W gauges, swing away column and Ford banjo wheel. MG seats newly covered in leather.
