Tennessee Walking Horses don't mow the lawn like goats but they do help out a little.

110 acres is plenty enough... but another 70-75 would be nice.

Tell you one thing, what you have there, is some beautiful country. Beautiful walkers too.

Middle Tennessee, out in the middle of nowhere. Very close to the Buffalo River. Got a stream that runs down by the cabin. It's a 30-45 minute drive to the nearest city. Beautiful twisty roads to drive, lots of wildlife. Great Deer and Turkey hunting... and squirrel, etc. great trails through the woods to ride the horses.
