My question is can I bake a supercharger at 400F for 15 min so it can be powder coated ?

I don't think I would. My main concern would be seals.

NO there are seals in around those bearings, it will have to come all the way apart to be cooked. I would want to cook that for a long, long time to gas out all the stuff in the pores of the casting. I am thinking you will need to bake that for a couple of hours to get all the oil out of it. If you don't get all the oil out the powder won't flow over the oil and it will be awful. Then you will have to remove all the powder coat, and start again. Been there done all that on some old Vette valve covers.

Yeah it would have to be out gassed ,, before powder,,, I figured the seals couldn't take the heat ,,thats what I said but wasn't sure ..
Thanks again guy's

Well, if you want a diff. kinda finish on your blower, there are 'Cold' Anodizing, more and less a sprayon or brushon coatings. Yes, you have to disassemble it to powdercoat it.
If your extremely carefull, you can remove your rear endplate, just be EXTREMELY carefull!!!!! Don't let the rotors bang together, wrap them carefully. If your in doubt, even a little bit.....DON'T DO THIS!!!!....it is a very precision piece of equipment. And its nothing to mess with if you are in doubt....
Don't mess the the gear end, the gears and rotors are timed. If you do this, wrap those rotors up carefully, and wrap them up. Cleanliness is the most important factor here. These things are very precision pieces of equipment.

There are alot of kits of this kind on the net, its alot more durable than a painted surface....there are even DOD kits that are of very high quality....They have a really nice brush on type plating kits that I have used for small parts that are excellent....

You could even do the brushon kit while the blower is still assembled....

I looked at the low temp powder to around 150-170....
