Careful out there. How does a highly noticeable car get rear ended doing 50 in broad daylight?

Two Killed In Antique Car Crash

Thursday, July 02, 2009
Steve Fermier and Associated Press

A Bowie man and his 10-year-old daughter were killed when the antique car they were riding in was struck from behind and overturned on Interstate 70 in Howard County.
The crash occurred near the Route 97 exit in Lisbon around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday as 62-year-old Richard Dashiell drove east in the far right lane in his 1929 Model A Ford. Police say the car was hit by a 2007 Dodge driven by Paul Davis of Glen Burnie.
Witnesses told police that Dashiell's vehicle was going about 50 mph when it was hit. Police say Dashiell's car had a "Slow Moving Vehicle" sticker on the rear window.
Dashiell and his daughter, Amelia, were thrown from the vehicle. Davis was not injured. Police say no charges have been filed but the accident is still under investigation.

And "no charges have been filed"????

At minimum You would think innatentive driving.

In fatal crashes the Grand Jury indicts on the charges. It will take a few months more than likely.
