Does anyone know who makes or made 23 T frames out of Missouri? My frame has a VIN tag on the right rear angle......I have done some quick searches and come up empty.

If it's 2x4 it might be a guy named Jack Brock . Heck of a nice guy.

He was an independent and sold plans to make your own. He was around St.Louis somewhere.
