Front axle for CCR plans questions..

So I’m building my T bucket frame using CCR plans. I contacted CCR to get the front axle, but they don’t have any and don’t know when they will. Their front axle is 50 inches from kingpin to kingpin. Everything from Speedway and everyone else is 48 inches. I wouldn’t mind using a speedway front axle, but I do know the bat wings are different and that would change up everything. Has anybody used a speedway front axle with CCR plans? If so, what did you have to do to make it work?

FRONT AXLE CCR's own 2" x .250" wall, 5" drop axle is the tightest 4-bend axle available. Includes king pin bosses 100% Heli-arc welded in our jig. Measures 50" center to center at top of king-pins. Shown w/hangers.

It shows the basic, bare axle as Not Available.
It does show the axle with hangers available bare and chrome. I do not know which you are looking for.

The hangers are described as longer than typical, but that should not affect bolting them up, provided that the width at the hangers is close, and the spread between the top and bottom hole is the same as the arms you are using. The longer hangers might require shortening the arms or moving the mount back.
The one inch difference in overall axle width per side might need a slight angle adjustment, but if you were building your own frame, this is just another fitment step.
The 5 inch drop VS a typical 4 inch drop should not make a difference for someone who is building, but you do need to check caster and clearances when mixing and matching parts.

Dropped Tube Front Axle with Bat Wings Made from 2" DOM Tubing with a 1/4" wall. All axles are approx. 48" center to center. Available for '37-'48 Ford Spindles and '49-'54 Chevy Spindles. Bat wings are spaced 30" apart. Bat wings have 5" center to center hole.
I have bolded the important measurements you can check against the plans you have to see how close they are.
Of course, you can also use other axles such as the old Ford I Beam axle, but this will require more fabrication.
One example, I do not have experience with this seller.
 
I will also mention that this site has been going for a long time. I sure have not plumbed all it's depth of knowledge yet, and I've lurked a while!
Do some searching here to see when (not if) a question has come up before.
This one is from 2011 and unfortunately the pictures are gone, but I'm sure there are others that can not only answer your question, but cover things you haven't even thought of yet!
I have also typed in a quick question hoping the knowledgeable members can feed me that fish now. But it's so much better over the long run to learn to fish!
 
At least you are researching the site for information. Most people just ask a question ❓ about what they are doing and never think about what they trying to do.
You have to be a lot of things (trades) to build a basic car that will be safe.
 
The analogy I use is each forum is a different bar. Each has it's own style, Each caters to a different clientele. That clientele has various characters.
You want to find a good place to tilt one back and have a vibe that matches your own. You don't just walk thru the door and blurt out questions, you walk in, get a feel for the place before putting a quarter on the pool table or dancing with the drunk weaving in the corner.
Since these forums are able to be read through and searched, you can get some real understanding on who to chat up and who to take with a bit of of skepticism. Your question has probably already been mulled over and discussed. This also allows you to not seem like a 21st birthday fool who has no idea what a whisky sour tastes like or mixes sloe gin with beer.
This is not aimed at OP, just how I approach each forum. If it's a bit too rough and tumble or lots of the same questions over and over (what wheel fits my xxx), I take my happy butt elsewhere.
