Hahaha....I love it when Mike gets on the Jazz!!!! hahaha....
And all that he said doesn't even take into consideration the fact that Johnny and or Joe, still have the stock tank pickup, and when they launch, all that G force pushes their fuel supply up the rear wall of the tank....
Well maybe their not the weekend warrior types, and have sure enough bracket, ET or 10.5 cars....enter the fuel cells. Then the Bubba's build the mounts, mount the thing and just plumb in the lines, and think they're good to go. Yep, they still got problems. Mike and I have been at the track watching these guys launching, they got the cars really hookin' out there, front wheels dangling in the air, out there at the 60' mark on to about 100' theres a tell-tell miss of fuel starvation happening.
Johnny and Joe are wondering whats up with the Fluid dynamics of that new fuel cell they just installed....
The short simple of is is the whole system has to work together. Don't expect a 110GPH Holley to solve all your problems if you don't have the lines, the picks, the filters and the regulator to handle and tune it all. And you don't need a 110 GPH pump to feed a built Hi-Perf. 350....
Moral of this story is things just don't work bolting them on and expect it to operate as they are supposed to. That fickle finger of fate will have you cussing. Physics always enter into the equation with these cars (Our T's). From setting up the front end to the rears....its best to have the guys with the experience there to to guide you....
