Grille Insert

I have seen some guys use the inserts that look like originals and I've seen a few guys that make up their own. I saw some thin metal panels over at Lowes that look like they would look pretty cool.

My question: How do you attach the grille insert? I was at a car show last night and looked them over and I could not see any brackets holding them in. Are they epoxied in? I would think not, but what do I know?

Please, explain how you all install those grille stone guard inserts.

Thanks
