Later gang!

and hello to all the new members!

Hey Al! Good to hear from you.

I was wondering the other day where you were. Last I heard, you had an original Henry Ford T for your latest project. How's that coming along?

I'll be danged! check this truck out... we spent 5 years on this baby... (not mine but I put 100's of hours into it! It trophied as well... their trophies are coveted as they are real top fuel dragster pistons that have been run, then polished up, then mounted to a base with a clock in them (clock mounts to the crank bearing hole... they are very cool... but here is the truck... custom cowl, hood, brought fenders down to meet bottom of cowl, tons of stuff... I also picked the color and designed the interior... So my tires still working for ya?

Well Mike, the project is coming along... it was truly a mess... I'm looking for new body... panels are all hacked up, and laid up with bondo like cake frosting! But I got it running... send the original wood box coils off to be rebuild, new steering gears and shaft, steering wheel... all new shackles as they were rusted solid (took forever to get off), new front spring and motor mount, drag link... everything inside the torque tube and rear axle housing had to be replaced... parking brakes, inner and outer bearings, axles, ring and pinion, carrier, drive shaft, bushings... added rocky mountain rear brakes, new radiator, hoses, generator, intake and exhaust manifolds, carburetor, fuel line, rear wheel hubs, starter, and .... damn... know I'm forgetting something! So I now have 1000's into it and still looks like crap! LOL!!! BUT IT'S A KICK IN THE ASS TO DRIVE!!!! I LOVE IT!!!
