How do you become a "Forum Supplier"?

I don't want to get in trouble for spamming, but I have a few new things I would like to share with the board that do not qualify for the classified section. Also I own a SO-CAL Speed Shop franchise I would like to offer all members special deals on all merchandise if there is a proper place to do it. Any suggestions?
