How long does the smile last

I was at the Macungie Wheels of time street rod show in august with a friend that has a cobra. As we were sitting around talhing I heard a voice say "wow a cobra this is my favorite car, hey mister what do you got in it? can I see the motor?" I looked up and saw this kid that looked to be about 9 years old. he was cracking us up with the adult like questions he was asking. I convinced my buddy to let him sit in the car. I took his picture & e-mailed it to him. as you can see I think he is still smiling today. What a great moment.

I assume you were both smiling on the inside in that pic? ?
What I can't figure out is that arrow painted on the street behind you. it looks like it's pointing to an exit? I'm gussing that because you have to drive on the wrong side of the road over there that you also have to BACK off at exits? GGG.

Smilin we was. The arrow is to tell you to get back on your own side of the road because a single solid white line means NO overtaking. So its a warning that a no overtaking zone is coming up.
Now how many times have I got to tell you guys that all the original Ts were right hand drive... so Ive got it right you guys have got the steering on the wrong side. LOL

Spike,

You did the right thing. 30 years from now that picture will resurface with a young man explaining " this is what got me hooked on cars 30 years ago." You are creating memories.
