ID tags on JAG rear-end

There are 3 tags on the rear-end.

One says "3.058" ... I assume this is the gear ratio ... another has "P-L" stamped on it ... positraction? ... the third tag has "CAC 9041" stamped on it ... what does this mean?

Yup thats the gear ratio, it does have posi. No idea what the other is.
