Interesting reading...

In the December issue of STREET RODDER there is an interesting article on page 10 on what to call a T-bucket by the editor, Brian Brennan. Check it out.

Sounds like an article I could use...but I let all my magazine subscriptions lapse. Based on my plans, there's not a lot of agreement on what I'm trying to build. My basic inspiration is Tweedy Pie...but there is not agreement on what Tweedy was because of it's lack of a pick-up bed...some say it's a T-bucket and some say Bobtail-T. To complicate matters I've put my own spin on Tweedy by adding a track roadster nose and Brooklands screens instead of a windshield...some say it's a track roadster, some say a T-modified due to the open gas tank, others say without a hood it's a T-bucket. Then there are the purists that say that with my stretched and widened body, it's not a T anything. I'm dizzy

Foe every topic there's an expert , for every expert there's an opinion , & we all know what opinions are like !!! I like plain ol' hotrod !!

I believe that it was William Shakespeare that said, "what is in a name." I call my car a 1925 Model T Turtledeck Roadster.

Hot Rod. Now I remember why I let all my subscriptions run out. New discussions on age old crap.
