Here's a few photos of my project up to a few weeks ago. Since these photos the chassis has been fully welded as well as the diff. Reassembly is about to start. more photos when I take em.

Looks great, I really like the quarter elliptic front springs and that center cross member should prevent any twisting of the frame under hard acceleration compared to a regular ladder type frame.

Love seeing new starts. I like the front suspention too. Will this type require a front panhard?

Because they sit against the chassis I don't believe it will. I may fit a teflon wear pad between chassis and spring to prevent contact.
 
A Panhard bar would not hurt. Parallel leafs won't locate your axle like a buggy spring and it may get squirrely in curves.
 
yea not an easy one to do, with spring set up axle is away in front no where near a mounting point for a panhard rod. I will sus it out though.
