Can a manual rack be used on a T?

Light as these cars are you do not need power. 32 has manual vega cross steer and is easy at slow speed.

I will be using a Dodge Omni manual R&P on mine. With a solid front axle, there is inherent bumpsteer...but if set up correctly, combined with steering stabilizer(s), the bumpsteer can be minimized.
