mufflers in extensions ? ?

I got the exhaust off of my ''t''[ with ahc coated headers], and got new mufflers for it.Does the 7'' muffler go clear back in the 20 '' extension? The muffler has a rounded end and a end that looks like a pipe end, does the rounded end go towards the back of the car & the pipe end towards the front ? ? ? ?

Muffler "should" only fit 1 way, rounded end to the rear, "pipe" end should shoulder in the extension expanded end.
