dovehunter79 said:Yes, its awesome... we have been testing it out for two weeks and its super sweet. I am going to load a test laptop and load every program i use at work to see how well its going to work with other programs. So far, its been very stable and the features that come along with it are phenomenal.

How does it handle Auto Cad or Solidworks? I know that Vista had issues and most folks running these type programs snapped up XP Pro software in case they needed a new computer. I to am in that boat and I'll have to go buy XP Pro or take my chances with Windows Seven. I'm sure not goung to buy new software.

Brucer,
I would like to know what type of software your friend is running. I am concerned about my old laptop taking a dive and need to get a game plan together. I have been told that new computers won't operate on XP due to motherboard design. If that is the case then I need to step up and get a new laptop that will operate on XP. I'm not sure when Windows 7 is to be released and might not be able to wait that long. Any information would be appreciated. I could arrange to furnish AutoCad 14 for a trail run.
Thanks,
George
