Welcome from Houston! Guys...... what we got here is a fella from THE land of ice cream. For those that may not know, Bluebell ice cream is made in Brenham. Ben & Jerry? Yea, whatever. Hagen Dass? Take that crap outta my bowl.
Thar ain't NO ice cream better than Bluebell. I eat it by the gallon. How good is it? Well, when I was stationed in San Diego, I had my mom send me 5 gallons of vanilla on dry ice! The guys in the engineering dept. made me Captain for a day! THAT'S how good it is.
Seriously, if any of you get a chance to try it, do so. Your taste buds will thank you. If you can't find it, it's because it's mainly a Texas thing with VERY few exceptions.
