As I mentioned, cooling isn't perfect, avoid 100 degree parades and summertime LA afternoon rush hour, and no problems. On that chassis dyno, I was one of the cars that did NOT puke coolant during or after the pull. If I decide to enter parades or can't avoid summer rush hour, I'll just build a little mister system to mist the front of the radiator. All it takes is the higher pressure headlight washer pump, mister orifices and tubing, a check valve, tank and switch. Less than $20.00 of materials and an hour of fabracating. Can't beat the energy transfer during a change of state, i.e. liquid to vapor.
