I worked in a speed, machine shop and those kind came in wanting the biggest cam. So we had a big Cummins diesel cam leaning up against the Coke machine. Must have been close to 6 feet long and would ask if that was big enough.

Many years ago my wife was going to take the Volkswagen and go shopping. I told her it was low on gas and to fill it up while she was out. And to have them check the radiator while she was there. I got an earful when she got home.

I guess if nothing else this thread might make us more aware of some of the advise we give out. OR the advise we listen to. Sort thru the stories and dig up your own facts.
