Off Center Rear End

I am using a rear end out of a '91 S-10 pickup for my project. The center of the pinion/yoke is 1 1/8" to the passenger side. Is it best to center the yoke and allow the wheels to be offset 1 1/8" to the right side of the car to ensure there is no drive shaft vibrations? I suppose I could use a wheel spacer to get things close.I appreciate your input.

Thanks, jeff.
